Where are you based?

We are a family business, operating out of Sydney, Australia.

Do you have any store locations?

No, we are an online-only business.

What are your payment options?

Triptych accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Can I change my order after it's placed?

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel or make changes to orders once they have been dispatched.

Shipping

How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Australian orders take between 2-5 business days to arrive after dispatch from our warehouse.

International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

DO YOU DISPATCH SAME DAY?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will receive an email with tracking link to monitor progress.

How do I clean or care for Triptych products?

We suggest using a cotton or microfibre cloth to gently wipe down our products.

It is not advised to use harsh chemicals or liquids to clean the products.

What kind of leather is used on your folios?

The Triptych leather folios are made from PU Leather, a synthetic material.

We like this material for its durability, resistance to stains and being able to clean easily.

Because no animal extracts or by-products are used in the manufacturing process, our leather folios are vegan-friendly.

What size notebooks fit inside the Triptych folios?

Folio case range:
Can fit two of our A4 (softcover) or A5 (softcover/hardcover) notebooks.

Arch folio:
Can fit two of our A5 (softcover/hardcover) notebooks.

We like using the folios to carry a notebook, tablet/phone device and belongings like a wallet.
