Shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days via Australia Post's eParcel service.

New Zealand

  • Flat rate of A$32.95

Shipping usually takes between 4-15 business days via Australia Post's eParcel service. Excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post’s control.

International shipping usually takes between 5-20 business days from dispatch via Australia Post's eParcel service. Excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post’s control. All orders include tracking and are shipped via Australia Post, before transferring to the local postal service in the country/region of customers.

Import/Customs Taxes and Duties

The cost of shipping does not cover any taxes or duties that may be required by a country's customs authorities. Customers are responsible for these additional costs.
Australian law mandates that all ordered products be declared accurately and classified as "merchandise" for customs purposes. This means that an order cannot be marked as a "gift," even if that is the intended purpose.
Customs inspections are a standard part of the shipping process and can potentially lead to delays in delivery times.

Tracking

Orders are typically dispatched same business day, if ordered before 2pm AEST. There may be some dispatch delays during periods around sales or holiday periods including Christmas.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email, followed by an email from Australia Post with a tracking link to follow any dispatched parcel's journey. Progress can be checked via the Australia Post website.
